The Workbench

Prototype walkthrough

From training plan to actual progress

See how FitOS separates what a trainer assigns from what a client records, then connects both through review.

From training plan to actual progress preview
Who it helps
Trainers and people designing coaching workflows who need to distinguish a plan from what actually happened.
What you get
A visual project example showing planned training, recorded activity and the coach’s review.

Look at the review loop

  1. The plan

A trainer assigns the programme or target.

  2. The actual record

The client records what they completed. Keep this separate from the plan so a missed or changed activity stays visible.

  3. The review

The trainer uses the difference to decide what to discuss or adjust.

What to look for in the example

Can you see the target and the actual record? Is the reason for a change visible? Does the coach retain the decision about the next step?
