About

A little more
about Clifford.

My work is part of a wider story: places I’ve worked, things I’ve learned and the people and beliefs that matter along the way.

From engineering studies to business systems.

I studied mechanical engineering at Singapore Polytechnic and computer studies at Informatics Computer School. My career has moved through technical support, manufacturing systems, enterprise applications and process improvement.

Today I work as a Business Systems Architect and run Harvest Point Consulting. I’m interested in how work actually happens, and how to make it work better.

A few chapters

2004–2011 · New Zealand

Working close to operations

At B&D Doors NZ, I supported manufacturing systems and co-developed production and scheduling tools. At Wellnomics, I worked on systems administration, remote support and business continuity, including disaster-recovery planning during the Christchurch earthquake period.

2012–2024 · Singapore & regional work

Moving into business systems and delivery

Borneo Motors brought service-advisor mobility, customer feedback and ERP reporting. Later roles took me into regional planning, public services, e-commerce and BPO operations.

My career in more detail
November 2024 onwards

Building a practice of my own

I founded Harvest Point Consulting. In August 2025, I took the practice to The Business Show Asia, starting conversations about workflow bottlenecks. My work now also includes practical AI learning, training and development experiments.

Away from the job titles

I’ve used the 5BX home-exercise routine, and I like an exploratory conversation over coffee. I also build small experiments to try an idea out; some become finished work and others remain something to learn from.

My faith is part of my story.

My faith in God is part of who I am. It belongs in the story alongside my work, the things I’m learning and the direction I’m finding along the way.

Start with the situation.

A workflow problem, a project or a professional opportunity. A short note is enough to begin.
